At Horizon Fitness, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the equipment if necessary and pack it securely in the original manufacturer's packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, our specialized logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the curbside collection of your fitness gear.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
